I strongly advise against using this service. I paid for two pairs of socks back in early October for Christmas, and all I've received since then are false promises. They refuse to issue a refund and the tracking information provided is untrustworthy. Don't waste your money like I did.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I placed my order on October 31st and received no tracking info for two weeks. Finally got tracking, but nothing has updated since November 29th. They keep saying to check back in seven days. By December 12th, they claimed to have resent it, but the tracking number is invalid. They refuse to issue a refund and charged me more than what was confirmed on my invoice. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Avoid at all costs!
The reality is disappointing. My order took 20 days to arrive, and when it did, it was a letdown! The socks were cheap and thin, nothing like the picture. They looked poorly made, as if stitched by someone inexperienced. My son even recognized the ad as AI-generated. Shop in-store instead!
Don't lose hope just yet! After waiting seven weeks, I finally received three lovely chocolate fondue mugs! This came unexpectedly after the support team had gone silent on me. They did refund an error made during the transaction. The tracking site was unhelpful, but the mugs were a pleasant surprise just in time for Christmas! 😀
STAY AWAY! I ordered in October and still haven't received my items. Every time I email them, they say my products are on the way! I've requested a refund multiple times, but they ignore me. They sent a tracking number, but it never updates. I've reported them as fraudulent to my bank!
