Review Time
I placed an order in October, and it’s now December with no delivery. I've chased them for two months, and the tracking info they provided was outdated. When I contacted them again, I was given more excuses and a new tracking number that doesn't exist. They refuse to refund my payment, and every email I send gets the same response of 'don’t worry.' This is basically fraud!
Terrible experience. They took more money from my account and ignored my emails until I threatened to report them. I finally got a refund. After three weeks of waiting for my order, they claimed it wasn't funded. After nine emails, they found my order. Despite 30+ emails and five weeks later, I still have no delivery date. They even said they have no control over shipping speed. I paid them, so they are responsible. They refused to cancel my order, citing fast dispatch times. I believe this service is bordering on fraudulent and I would never use them again.
I ordered some novelty sloth socks. After ordering I discovered that the same socks could be bought much cheaper elsewhere where and there was a hearty shipping charge for US on top of that initially shown. They also tried to take more out of my account than on the order. I complained and got the extra taken off. The order took ages to come and the quality was awful. The socks and sloth were not knitted as shown in the images. Just some cheap brown acrylic socks with badly made cloth sloths stitched on. Do not order .
