I placed an order in October, and it’s now December with no delivery. I've chased them for two months, and the tracking info they provided was outdated. When I contacted them again, I was given more excuses and a new tracking number that doesn't exist. They refuse to refund my payment, and every email I send gets the same response of 'don’t worry.' This is basically fraud!
