If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered two consoles on December 3, promised express delivery in 3-7 days, and I am still waiting. It's now December 27, Christmas has passed, and the consoles never arrived. I've emailed multiple times and was assured they would come. Tracking indicates they were received but are still awaiting shipment. It's frustrating, especially since the initial reviews seemed positive but have now vanished.
