I wish I could share my thoughts on this product, but it hasn't arrived even after 11 days past the expected date. It didn't leave the facility until 9 days after it was due. This is extremely disappointing, especially with the holiday season approaching. I would give negative stars if possible.
This seller appears to be running a scam. I was unaware until it was too late. While shopping for gifts, I found this online and was excited about the quick shipping promise of 3-5 days. I thought I was getting a great deal, but now, 34 days later, my order hasn't even left the country. The address on the website doesn't exist either. After contacting them and disputing charges, they reached out asking me to remove the dispute, but the tracking shows my items haven't moved at all.
I placed an order on December 9, paying extra for expedited processing and a promised 4-9 day shipping. Although it was marked as shipped, the tracking shows no movement. After a week with no updates, I contacted the seller multiple times to request a cancellation and refund due to non-fulfillment. I discovered many others have faced the same issue with orders marked as shipped but with no tracking updates. On December 28, they refused to cancel, claiming the order was processed, despite no proof it was in transit. I urge others to be cautious and not rely on the shipping guarantees advertised.

This is a scam! The website has vanished, and all the positive reviews have disappeared too! Tracking has never updated. I've received emails claiming my order is stuck in customs, but there's no way to confirm this, and now the website is gone completely.
