I ordered two consoles on December 6, paying extra for express shipping. It's now Christmas Eve, and they haven't arrived. The tracking link provided hasn't updated, and the only communication I've received are generic emails claiming it's a busy time for the courier. I can't comment on the product quality, but given the delivery issues reported by others, I wouldn't recommend ordering from this seller. I've canceled my order and will raise an issue with my bank.
