In short, my experience with this service has been very disappointing. I placed an order for a gaming console and games on December 11, 2025. Unfortunately, they sent it to the wrong address by entering incorrect city and zipcode information. When I reached out on December 26 to clarify the tracking details, I was told to contact my local postal office, and the representative insisted that their address input was correct. Despite my better judgment, I made a second order on December 23, unaware of their previous mistakes. After seeing the issues with the first order, I attempted to update the address but received no response. I decided to cancel the order, but my attempts were ignored. When I called for assistance, my calls went to voicemail, and I left messages but never received a callback. I eventually provided proof to my bank that I was being scammed out of nearly $700. To make matters worse, they shipped the second order to the same incorrect address, which is now insufficient and being held at a post office. I'm not just disappointed; I'm quite angry about this situation. To anyone reading this, I strongly advise against doing business with this service. I cannot recommend them at all. If you want a reliable experience, I suggest looking elsewhere.
