Bought a ps2 and San Andreas bundle payed 314$ for the items and faster shipping. 6 days later order still processing. Cancelling required “admin” approval. Their phone number goes to a voicemail but never a person. Called my bank to dispute the charge. Don’t buy from this scam site!!!
This is roughly my 50th post in one way or another. This garage company took my money in December and instead of sending me my order (Super Nintendo) they sent a junk emulator that doesn’t work and is not capable with the system (not to mention is over 100 cheaper than my order) they are holding my order hostage and refuse to reimburse me or send me what I ordered. I get nothing back except they need 2-3 days. It’s been 3 months. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. These companies make me sick.
This website sucks. My stuff didn’t work. I ordered a Wii and a bunch of games and stuff to go with it. It took 6 weeks to receive my items in separate packages. They had no problem responding at the time being and said I can ship my order back in full and receive a refund. I’ve been contacting them non stop for a full month and now they are having a hard time replying since they received the items and don’t want to give me a refund. The only times they have replied is to ask for me to tell them what items I sent back as if they never picked it up from usps and went through it. Completely unprofessional and no one should order from here.
Being associated with another entity, this place has earned this review as well. This establishment is a disappointment. I ordered two classic games and a memory pack. The games arrived in authentic condition and were well cleaned. However, the memory pack was missing. Since then, I have been emailing daily from both of my email accounts and calling twice a day; they never answer the phone or respond to emails. I also discovered pricing discrepancies after my order, revealing they are quite overpriced on nearly everything they offer. Caution advised: if you do receive what you ordered, it will be cleaned well and functional, but that seems to be a significant gamble.
This is the only decent rating I could give this company! It feels like a complete scam, and the customer service is nonexistent. I ordered two products that remain unopened, and I can't reach anyone for assistance. Shipping took an eternity, yet they are quick to send emails trying to get me to purchase more. I regret not reading all the reviews beforehand. Save your money!
To be honest, if you make an accidental purchase or need to return an item for any reason, you are in for a tough time. The tracking system provides no updates, and despite trying to cancel the order two days before it even shipped, I can't return it because the order status still shows as shipping and the return option is disabled. The console arrived in good condition, but the third-party controller doesn't connect, ruining my retro gaming experience. I received two HDMI cables but no power cable, even though the description promised one. Don't bother emailing, as there's almost no chance of a response, and the provided phone number is nonexistent. Overall, the service is terrible. Additionally, I ordered on the 24th and didn't receive it until January with no updates.
In short, my experience with this service has been very disappointing. I placed an order for a gaming console and games on December 11, 2025. Unfortunately, they sent it to the wrong address by entering incorrect city and zipcode information. When I reached out on December 26 to clarify the tracking details, I was told to contact my local postal office, and the representative insisted that their address input was correct. Despite my better judgment, I made a second order on December 23, unaware of their previous mistakes. After seeing the issues with the first order, I attempted to update the address but received no response. I decided to cancel the order, but my attempts were ignored. When I called for assistance, my calls went to voicemail, and I left messages but never received a callback. I eventually provided proof to my bank that I was being scammed out of nearly $700. To make matters worse, they shipped the second order to the same incorrect address, which is now insufficient and being held at a post office. I'm not just disappointed; I'm quite angry about this situation. To anyone reading this, I strongly advise against doing business with this service. I cannot recommend them at all. If you want a reliable experience, I suggest looking elsewhere.
I am extremely dissatisfied. I placed an order for a gift for my fiancé for Christmas, and although it arrived quickly, there were major issues. When he opened it on Christmas morning, we discovered it wasn’t the color we had chosen, and to make matters worse, the device doesn’t even function. I have been trying almost daily to reach out to the support team via email and phone but have received little to no response regarding a refund. The device fails to read games or connect to the internet. In my opinion, the customer service is very lacking, and I will not be ordering from them again. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered two blue controllers... Checked with customer support: "These are refurbished controllers and have been tested before shipping." Three weeks later, I received the controllers... Two black controllers. Neither of them holds a charge. The center button on one is unresponsive. The only way to use these "refurbished" controllers is with the cord plugged into the console. I spent $80 on this.
