I was recently approved for a Revel card that I no longer want. I'm willing to pay the fee associated with the card, but I can't get hold of anyone to cancel the card. I'm trying to set up an online account so I can manage the payment I owe, but they say they'll send me an email to activate the account and that does not come through (I have received emails from the card at that email, but this one does not come through.) I've also tried calling and their phone system does not work. It gives me the account balance and the amount due in December, but it does not allow me to get to any other part of the menu. It's in some sort of loop. How frustrating.
