Was approved never got my credit card.
Called they seemed nice , but was clueless.
The email they told me to send my apartment number to was like emailing a brick wall no one ever responded nor got info on who can I reach to have my issue resolved. The website is so mediocre and useless a 5th grader can design it
Card was was to this company had billing problems since they took over. One year later went pay my account the found out I was Charged a annual fee of 100$ never had to pay before but Now i do. Closed out account and going to pay the rest of balance off. I hope I never have to deal with this company again.

A week later, they claim the payment didn't go through and charge a return check fee. My bank has confirmed they never charged my account. I made a payment two weeks ago, and it took days to be deducted from my account, followed by an additional four days to post to the card. Now, two weeks later, it still hasn’t been applied. This is the case for all transactions. This card is a disaster. I plan to pay it off and never use it again.
