My payments were getting returned so I called customer service and they stated I put my card # wrong. I said it was my bank routing # and account # that I have used to make previous payments fine and it hasn’t changed. They said try deleting it put it again. Payment worked but now I have late fees, return fees, and hold on my account because something messed up in their transition. Call service again and they can see #s are same from declined to approved but nothing they can do. How does that make sense? I will go out of my way to tell strangers to stay away from Revel and bank of Missouri
