This card has been a nightmare. I always make my payments on time, yet they take three days to process my payment after the due date and then hit me with a late fee. A week later, they claim the payment didn't go through and charge a return check fee. My bank has confirmed they never charged my account. Customer service insists the issue is mine, despite me providing them with my account number, but they still fail to process it. Dealing with this company has been frustrating, and I strongly recommend avoiding their card to protect your credit.
