I ordered this guitar and expressed my gratitude, wishing a happy new year while requesting a tracking number four days later. Unfortunately, I received no response. I later got an email indicating delivery, but it was not at my front door as I waited. After calling, the issue was escalated to a case manager, and I was promptly refunded. I had hoped to finally acquire a 70s J 55 for $800, something I had been searching for over two years, so I was initially excited. However, if it was sent, I never received a tracking number, and I know it didn’t arrive here. I didn’t want a refund; I wanted the guitar, which makes me quite unhappy. Every guitar I’ve sold here included a tracking number, and I've always communicated well with sellers. It should be straightforward. I would appreciate an explanation. If the seller still has the guitar and believes it’s worth more, I am open to discussing it.
