The first problem is they omitted all my perfect reviews for 5 years. They only have one old negative wiring issue because the first guy messed it up. The 2nd review was clearly a scam for quick cash that ended up costing me more then item was worth. Now some German buyer hacked my account and the chat bot was absolutely useless. Nobody knows or answers when I ask if the account is OK and even safe to use. The fees are horrendous this year so I have no choice but to move to another site. All my reviews on my big dollar items are gone. I feel like this is deliberate because when this occurs, you get stuck bending your bottom price just to reclaim your store. Any suggestions please
