I have been a customer of ReverbNation since 2010 but recently cancelled my subscription and moved my distribution to TuneCore.Their customer service is very bad - due to an error at their end they had temporarily cancelled my subscription and removed all my music from streaming services within 24 hours, without even the willingness to rectify the issue.Only after I told them that I would move over to a different distributor after a few weeks they tried to resolve it, but it was a massive disappointment.I am now at TuneCore and happier than ever with a great service and a reasonable price.ReverbNation is massively overpriced and definitely not worth a single cent due to their bad customer service. I would recommend to stay away from them.
