I joined only for a week and did not find it particularly helpful. They then proceeded to debit my account with a month's subscription without prior authorisation.
Upon investigation, it turns out the 'auto renew' field is pre-ticked at check out. I cancelled and emailed Sheryl at Reverse Health. She has confirmed cancellation and offered to refund 50% of the charge. I would advise Reverse Health to make it clearer and leave the 'auto-renew' box optional. This would avoid negative reviews in future.
