I ordered one of the e-books and received a notice from my credit card company to approve the charge, yet I didn't receive the book. I spoke with Kendall, who said it wasn't showing up on my account. She apologized for any confusion and sent me the e-book immediately. Great customer service.
I did not receive receipts for my payments, and even when I wasn't using the app, I was unaware of each transaction. This seems like misleading behavior by not providing a receipt for every payment made. It feels underhanded, and unfortunately, I've been paying for a service I haven't utilized at all. I acknowledge my oversight, but I urge others to be cautious about this app.

The variety of workouts and the abundance of information available are impressive. The support team responds promptly to my inquiries and efficiently addresses any concerns.
I purchased a monthly subscription for 15.65 USD. However, I later discovered that another charge of 83.85 USD for a 12-month subscription was taken without my consent. I promptly canceled both transactions through the payment platform while they were still pending. I initially believed I would receive a refund, as I did not receive any service from this site, but I found out that both payments had already been processed. I am currently working on obtaining my refund.
I have made multiple attempts to halt these payments! They guaranteed me that my subscription would be canceled and the charges would cease. However, this morning, I checked my payment app and discovered yet another charge. Upon reviewing my past transactions, I see they have continued to charge me despite their assurances from the summer that this issue was resolved. I've never received a refund when promised. It's astonishing how this service maintains a good rating when I know I'm not the only one facing this issue. I did check the site to confirm the cancellation, but they've made similar claims in the past.
I tried the 7-day trial, and I'm glad that was all I committed to. I encountered numerous problems within that week. The meal replacements didn’t work as expected, and my saved favorites for lunch, dinner, and breakfast were not retained. Meals would get locked if consumed late, preventing substitutions or viewing other options. If I delayed my fasting, those meals would vanish completely. The customer support was not helpful at all. After just five days, they suggested I delete and reinstall the app due to ongoing issues. Overall, it was not worth my time. I decided to move on.
