I joined RevGro MD bqck in September 2025 as a Credentialing Specialist. While the recruitment process was filled with "pleased words" and promises, the reality of the workplace was the exact opposite. As a startup, they lack professional structure and, more importantly, respect for their employees.
The Issues
• Management Behavior: The management, specifically Abhilasha (Abby), lacks the basic sense of how to talk to or treat staff. The communication was consistently disrespectful and unprofessional.
• Misleading Job Scope: Shortly after starting, I was pressured to perform tasks completely outside of my hired scope of work.
• Wage Theft: Despite working with full dedication for 15 days, the company refused to pay my wages when I decided to leave.
Final Verdict
Be very cautious before joining this company. They will promise you the world to get you through the door, but they do not value your time, your dignity, or your legal right to be paid for your labor.

• Ethical Red Flags (Wage Theft): The company has a history of refusing to pay staff for their labor. After 15 days of dedicated work, my wages were denied.
