Extremely poor customer support and service. This is the worst experience I've had. I received the phone, but it refuses to charge. On the same day it was delivered, I emailed to request a return, only to be blamed for the issue. Now they are claiming I broke the phone, even though it didn't come directly from them to me—it went through customs and a courier. Who's to say it wasn't already damaged when it was sent? I'm determined to leave negative reviews everywhere to warn others about this awful experience. To make matters worse, they are sending this broken phone back to me. I really wish I could verify if the phone was actually functional when it was initially sent.
