very frustrating.. I placed an order on 17-Feb 2026, today is 24-Feb 2026 but still my order is under "ORDER CREATED" status. that is days passed the 17-22 expected delivery date excluding holidays. sent countless email but no reply. no messages from revibe either as to what is causing the delay. they should have reached out to their customers not us reaching out to them when delays are clearly from revibe side.

Hi Guys, i had one of the worst experience with revibe.
i bought an iphone 13 mini excellent condition. the phone had its camera loose. within few days my camera came out as little pieces. the lens and its glass seperate. and my warranty was rejected as it was a physical damage. even within a month. they take absolutely no responsibility for their own products

Very bad experience. I received a faulty device with multiple issues from day one — odd noise when shaken, speaker not working, fast battery drain, charger not working, software problems, and mouse pad not functioning. I reported everything the same day.
They took the device under warranty, but now they are demanding 298 SAR delivery fees to return my own product. If I don’t pay, they refuse to send it back. They also claim there is no refund policy.
Customer service was unprofessional and it was feels like they are threatening me to pay the fees
Highly disappointed. I do not recommend this company.

To your response below!! I was given numbers to contact the DHL which I did and they had no idea what I'm talking about as the information u gave was insufficient. It's now being made like its my fault when u had send several messages confirming that pick up will be done!

Their service is truly outstanding. I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max that had a camera issue, and after submitting my claim for the third time, they refunded the full amount without any hassle. That level of responsibility and support really impressed me.

One area that could be improved is the speed of their customer service communication. Faster responses would make the overall experience even better.

Terrible customer support and service

Extremely poor customer support and service. This is the worst experience I've had. I received the phone, but it refuses to charge. On the same day it was delivered, I emailed to request a return, only to be blamed for the issue. Now they are claiming I broke the phone, even though it didn't come directly from them to me—it went through customs and a courier. Who's to say it wasn't already damaged when it was sent? I'm determined to leave negative reviews everywhere to warn others about this awful experience. To make matters worse, they are sending this broken phone back to me. I really wish I could verify if the phone was actually functional when it was initially sent.
