I've been a loyal customer for years, likely rating them five stars. Recently, after placing orders and having money deducted, I was informed a week later that the items were out of stock. My latest order arrived incomplete, and I was told I'd receive the missing items later without any timeframe. When I contacted customer service, I was told I had received one of the items, but there was no apology or explanation for the missing items. Very disappointing.
