I placed an order on December 7 for items that were in stock. Only half was shipped by December 19, and there’s still no update on the rest. I've sent three emails to the support team, but have not received any answers. I hope that sharing this will help me get a refund for the undelivered items. The service is lacking, but the communication is absolutely unacceptable.
I've had no issues with this service in the past, but after placing a pre-order on December 8, 2025, I was expecting my item by December 23, 2025, yet it hasn't been dispatched. Despite emailing and calling, I still haven't received any updates. If I don't hear back by the end of today, I'll be reaching out to my bank. Very disappointing customer service.
I placed a pre-order and the company has already taken payment from my account. Three weeks have passed since the order date, and I have yet to receive my product. I've reached out via email and phone multiple times, but have received no response. This is terrible customer service, and I won't be ordering again.

I've been a loyal customer for years, likely rating them five stars. Recently, after placing orders and having money deducted, I was informed a week later that the items were out of stock. My latest order arrived incomplete, and I was told I'd receive the missing items later without any timeframe. When I contacted customer service, I was told I had received one of the items, but there was no apology or explanation for the missing items. Very disappointing.
I've received zero responses after numerous calls and emails. I'm very worried they've taken my money without sending my order, especially after seeing other recent reviews. Customer service is nonexistent. I need a refund as soon as possible.
I ordered an essential product two weeks ago that was supposed to ship by December 12. I've received no updates and it's urgent for my health. Emails go unanswered, and phone lines are always busy. Meanwhile, they continue to send promotional emails despite not fulfilling existing orders. They managed to charge my credit card without issue. This service is a complete joke, and I will never order from them again.
