I placed an order on December 7 for items that were in stock. Only half was shipped by December 19, and there’s still no update on the rest. I've sent three emails to the support team, but have not received any answers. I hope that sharing this will help me get a refund for the undelivered items. The service is lacking, but the communication is absolutely unacceptable.
