I buy the CD from them at Sept 2017 by ebay and they say the address they wrote wrong when posting to me so I won't be able to get my item.But they say once post office give back to them, I will get my refund back. After 2 months I ask them but they say haven't got the item back yet, so can't refund to me. At Dec 2017 I email again still same answer, this is so ridiculous. This year I was busy until last week (now March 2018) I suddenly remember back this, but now they have remove the item even the account in eBay. So now what? No reply or progress at all, I don't wish to get the refund already but atleast give me a proper answer about what's going on!
