I ordered an out of print book of short stories in which i am the author of 2 stories. The book "More Streetwise" edited by Neville Thompson was advertised by Revival as being in stock but instead they sent A simple twist in the tale which is a Neville Thompson book. I believe Revival stuck any book in the post and falsely advertised stocking a book they didn't have.

I ordered an Xbox Minecraft game from Revival Books ltd, through Amazon for my 8year old grandsons birthday it arrived in a brown envelope with nothing to protect it the box is broken and the disc was falling out had to pay for another game will never buy from them again ever 17,02,2026
BAD SELLER... ebay, REVIVAL BOOKS LTD sold meLego Star Wars 8095 set saying they'd checked it and was complete, But on arriving it is missing 6/7 smaller lego pieces but these are hard to find stickered/rare items plus a WHOLE minifigure was not there, The listing CLEARLY stated CHECKED AND COMPLETE including all minifigures!!!! I feel RIPPED off and totally MISLEAD!!! also no reply after messaging via ebay or directly from their email address they attached on the box they shipped it in!! if you can AVOID..DO!!!! my review reads pretty similar to alot of others on here!!!
I ordered a book, via Abe Books, on 11 April 2024. I paid for standard delivery, and they quoted 27 April. The book arrived on 13 April. Well packaged and exactly as described. I had cause to contact them on the day of the order as Abe Books had given them an old address. The lady I spoke to was understanding and helpful, and corrected the address. First class service.
Shipping was a disaster, no protection for the bookI bought a very cool artbook from the company called Revival Books (aka webuybooks). But the book was packed in a simple cardboard envelope without any kind of protection whatsoever, despite being a fragile hardcover art book. The damage to the book is extensive: broken sleeve, bent cover, unglued and bent pages etc.I have bought new and second hand books from Amazon, ebay, and other online shops from all over the world and I have never seen anyone ship a book in a simple cardboard envelope (not even a box, not to mention some other protection). Especially a big hardcover art book which should have been protected with bubble wrap or at least some cheap old crumpled newspapers.This is not a professional way of shipping anything. I'm really disappointed in how a company called "Revival Books" treats the books, considering the lack of respect towards the books themselves and the customers in the end.
