The worst customer service ever. It takes days and days for them to respond to an email, which is inexcusable. They offer and promote three day expedited shipping but never honor it. My latest order was promised to be here by December 23 and it now is not going to be here till the 27th. Why on earth did I pay for three day when it's going to take 10. Do you think I can reach out and actually talk to anybody? Nope. And when they do finally get around to responding, it'll just be some generic excuses. They take no ownership, make no improvements, and basically don't seem to care at all. A company of this size has no excuse to take days and days to respond to a customer.
