I received a large order but had issues with 3 essential oil blends. I spoke with a customer service rep who told me to try them and if they were still not to my liking then I’d receive a credit to my account as I lived in Canada, am disabled and getting to a post office is next to impossible for me. No problem said Rep-just gift them to another essential oil lover and he’d credit my account. I tried them and still just couldn’t stomach them. I contacted him via email and he credited me $25 which is far less than the total I paid for the essential oils. I’m still due $67.40! Since trying unsuccessfully to contact the same rep I’ve had replies from 3 others saying to send them back for a refund. I can’t as I gifted them as advised. It seems to me that Revive wants us to gift their oils to gain more customers however in my case they’re just blowing me off as it’s 3 oils - one of which they’ve already credited so only 2 now. In the past it’s happened twice that there’ve been issues with an essential oil in each order and each time they’ve credited the cost and told me to gift one and throw away the other (as it was cloudy). So now I’m beyond frustrated and will never order from them again until they solve this issue. So much for their promise of 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!!
