I called in to the local premises (Waterbeach Cambridgeshire) just to enquire about the price to refurbish two damaged alloy wheels (my carelessness). The reception area was clean, tidy and it even had pods with wifi so someone waiting for their car could work in private.
The price I was given was competitive and I was offered a loan car, they booked me in for the following day. The loan car was almost brand new, clean on the outside four door automatic, perfect for me. I was told they would fit my car in between other jobs and as I had their car, this was fine. Five hours later I received a phone call saying my car was completed, the job itself looked very good (as to be expected), at all times the staff I had contact with were polite, knowledgeable and respectful. I am happy to recommend them and if necessary I shall not hesitate to use their services again (but hopefully not too soon..!!).
