Used this service a couple of times. All the time it was a good experience. Sometimes it's a bit difficult to track what's required, like electricity access, restrictions on the height, and how to park, but if you manage all of that then the experience here is quite good
Revive are absolutely amazing. From the very first call, their service was outstanding. Within an hour, Gary had already arranged for Olly to come out and assess the damage to my car (apparently involving a bollard… according to my brother 🤷♀️).
After months of my brother — who’s in the same line of work — promising to fix it and repeatedly letting me down, Revive were a breath of fresh air. They did not disappoint.
We arranged a repair date to suit me while I was out of the country, and everything was completed exactly within the timeframe promised. The car was even returned while I was still away. When I finally saw the repair, I was blown away — the work is flawless. You genuinely can’t tell anything ever happened.

Revive did a fantastic job repairing my wife’s Nissan Micra. While they weren’t the cheapest quote we received, they were the only company that actually asked to see the vehicle in person. Every other company wanted to base their repair solely on photos, which didn’t give us much confidence.
That extra level of care and professionalism really showed in the final result. The quality of the repair was excellent, and we’re totally happy with the work they carried out. I’d much rather pay a bit more and know the job is being done properly.
Highly recommended — I wouldn’t hesitate to use Revive again.
