My Account manager Aimee was amazing to deal with, but other than that, revive basically threw me into a deeper hole than I was already in. I had no current arrears, but I knew if I kept going the way I was, I would start owing creditors, so I contacted revive for help. I was told everything was good and it just needed to clear compliance, I was told to stop paying my creditors and start paying revive. I contacted all my creditors and told them revive was taking over and I would no longer be making payments. THREE MONTHS later, I was told that compliance would not approve my agreement and that I was ineligible for their assistance. As far as all of my creditors are now concerned, I've been making no payments for months, no one is taking over my accounts and I have no official debt agreement in place. I now owe arrears and fees to companies revive should have taken over. I was given no assistance on how I could move forward, basically just 'sorry we can't help you, figure it out' after three months of not paying anyone else. I did get a refund for the funds paid, but that covered a fraction of what is now completely overdue. I am now in a worse position than I was when I started, and given no direction on how to move forward.
