I was required to start a subscription instead of just trying a box first. This led me to skip several deliveries while figuring out the first box. Despite marking a box as skipped, I was still charged and received it. I also had to call to cancel my subscription after attempting through the app, which was frustrating. The smoothies were okay, but I wasn't very impressed. I still prefer another service, even if it costs a bit more.
