I was charged before I was able to cancel. The order was shipped approximately March 5 or March 6, 2024. It was put in the mail delivery room, the delivery person never notified me it was delivered approx. 3:30 pm. The building has parcel mailboxes in which UPS, USPS, and Amazon key in the information the tenant gets a text message. Unfortunately, the entire box will have to be tossed. The products were not in a dry ice package, and all the frozen fruits/veggies were not packed correctly all the frozen fruits and vegetables were mush! Over $161.00 of the product must be tossed. and I am filing a complaint with the States Attorney's Office and with my back and I want a refund returned to me ASAP. Even a few of the lids had swollen and a few of the lids had rips in them as well.This is not how frozen food should be shipped. The first shipment was packed with dry ice; however, not this time. A total waste and disappointment, the shakes were to be my food for the day (the morning before the 1st prayer and the 2nd one to break my fasting) since Ramadan is starting tomorrow March 10th. None of the items are edible whatsoever. I am very disappointed and I demand a full refund ASAP
