He was so kind and patient on the phone and walked me step by step through what to look for in my camera’s system and network settings. He gave me very helpful and important information and instructions on what to ask for should I need to contact my service provider, and also what lights on my device to look that show when all is functioning correctly. The time he spent getting my cameras back to full viewing with my mobile app, his patience, his kindness, his knowledge and most helpful information were a godsend to me!
