The delivery partners employed by the service simply toss the package onto the floor and falsely claim it has been delivered, even forging signatures for supposed 'Proof of Delivery.' My package never arrived, and they refuse to refund me due to these fake signatures that they assert prove I received the parcel. I lost 50€, and I will not be using this service again. Strongly not recommended.
