The delivery partners employed by the service simply toss the package onto the floor and falsely claim it has been delivered, even forging signatures for supposed 'Proof of Delivery.' My package never arrived, and they refuse to refund me due to these fake signatures that they assert prove I received the parcel. I lost 50€, and I will not be using this service again. Strongly not recommended.

Full refunds are not offered as required by local regulations. 5. You are responsible for the full return postage. I can only blame myself for not researching and reading reviews about this untrustworthy company. I will be reporting this to the relevant authorities.

Fantastic customer service; as others mentioned, the sizing runs small, but they are very helpful in getting the right size. The material isn't 100% silk, which I don't mind. It feels comfortable and stretches better than standard silk underwear. They wash well and still look great. I now have 10 pairs and won't wear anything else. I've tried many different styles, and these are my favorites. I hope they introduce more styles in the future.
