However, when it came to needing to transfer funds back to my verified bank account for a new house purchase the process was unnecessarily complicated , frustrating and very time consuming due to automated anti- fraud system’s suspending transfers. Customer service is AI generated and then you may get to chat online - but trying to resolve the same issues every time I needed to make a regular transfer of funds for a house purchase- within their allowed daily limit, was dreadful and so time consuming! So, if you need to transfer larger sums of money regularly I would honestly avoid this on-line bank. For this type of service I found CHASE, SPRING and MONZO far easier to navigate without my security being compromised.
