Do NOT use this bank if you want easy access to your own money. I paid funds in from a savings account. I then tried to invest most of it in an ISA but they blocked it again and again and again. The AI customer “care” (couldn’t care less) just added to the frustrations by giving inane platitudes and asking if I needed more help (having been of absolutely no help whatsoever). I then tried to send the money to my other bank account so I could do it that way and they blocked that too!! This is a shockingly bad bank. I VERY much regret falling for the shiny promises and slick app.
