I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. I specifically requested information regarding whether their cacao powder is third-party tested for heavy metals, but they did not even bother to respond. I was genuinely interested in finding a company that provides third-party tested cacao powder to ensure safety and quality. Unfortunately, their lack of response shows a complete disregard for customer service and potential customers like me.
This is honestly the worst tasting protein powder I have ever tasted. I’ve had many protein powders, including a lot with clean ingredients, and I just can’t stomach it. I know taste is personal preference but I really can’t understand who is drinking this. Really disappointed as I thought I’d found a hidden gem.
