It's rare to find companies that prioritize customer service these days. This company has truly exceeded my expectations in helping me with a lost package. I feel reassured about my investment, knowing they are committed to their product.
I did not use the product because the instruction manual mentioned safety contraindications (visible veins/redness) that were not clearly communicated in the marketing. For health reasons, the device was unsuitable for me. The return process was unnecessarily complicated: the return portal was non-functional, and it took nearly two weeks to get proper return instructions. I recommend international customers to read the instruction manual thoroughly before purchasing.
This product has wiring problems, and despite the '12-month guarantee,' the company refused to issue a refund after 5 months when it stopped working. I did not want a replacement as the wiring issues could pose a fire hazard. The company's 'troubleshooting' advice indicated they were aware of the potential faulty wiring yet continued to sell the product.
I absolutely love my red light therapy neck and chest mask. I purchased it in August 2025 specifically for my wedding in early October. It definitely improved my neck's appearance! My wedding dress was strapless, showing a lot of skin, but I felt confident (which is impressive at 60!). Their customer service is fantastic! The cord frayed, and they are sending me a replacement. A big thank you to the representative who called about my order - so friendly and helpful!

This time, the customer service did NOT follow through. I received the serum with a broken top. I informed them and provided a photo as requested. The representative said they would replace the serum and send a return label but instructed me not to send the broken item until I received the new one. It never arrived, and I tried contacting them multiple times without any response. I have four devices, and customer service had always been accommodating before.
