Initially, my order experience was satisfactory. However, this time I paid $59 on December 25th and have yet to receive my package. The shipping service has indicated that they haven't even received it from the sender. I've reached out multiple times via email and messages, but there's been no response. This feels like a scam. I want a refund of my $59.
