I would urge everyone that is thinking about ordering a product from their website to NOT go ahead with it, instead pick a company that actually knows how to handle logistics and customer service. I placed my order on 10th March and it has been 7 days and i have essentially received no update on the status of my order. They sent me a link to track my package on the 13th of march stating that they have shipped my order, however their carrier hasn't received my order yet. Their carrier urged me to reach out to the vendor, revolution nutrition, so i did, and i haven't heard a word about it from their side. I have been sending emails and filling their contact form but it seems like they don't bother to communicate with paying customers. Don't even waste your time trying to call their number, they have a 100% record of never getting back. I have requested an update or a refund and haven't heard a thing from them about either yet.
