I ordered this duffle bag next day delivery on 24th March . It is 11 April and I still cont have the duffle bag. I contacted Revolution Race I got a response from an AI bot. I asked to speak to a human and I have yet to receive a call from their team. I was told to contact Royal Mail. They told me Revolution Race provided me with an incorrect tracker number. I contacted Revolution Race again they apologised for their error and said would send another. I still have not received this a week on. Extremely poor non existent customer service with this company. I will not be ordering anything from them ever again!
