Clothes really good quality and when it says something is warm, it definitely is! If you need to return anything, the procedure is straightforward and refunds are given in full. The only downside is that it may take a little longer than normal, as the company is not based in the UK.
I dont even want to add up how much I have spent with RR but everything is top quality and I wouldnt buy outdoor gear anywhere else. My recent purchase of trousers for Snowboarding was as expected, excellent!
Zero customer service. Overcharged on pants, illegally charged tax, then the courier charged the same tax, customer service took several days to respond, then went straight to denial mode, asking for screenshots of their very own website, which still shows the error, asking for a screenshot of my invoice, which they have. All data sent to them anyway, still unresolved. AVOID this company at all costs. I've had far better customer experiences out of China than these people.
I mistakenly mixed up two returns approximately five weeks ago and sent Revolution Race the incorrect item. As soon as I realised the error, I contacted both companies to resolve the situation. The other retailer was extremely helpful and promptly returned the parcel I had sent them in error (I covered the postage cost).
Unfortunately, my experience with Revolution Race has been very disappointing. The item was sent to them via tracked delivery and confirmed as received, yet despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have received no meaningful response. There is no option to speak to anyone by phone, and my follow-up messages are now being ignored.
I understand that mistakes happen — this was my error initially — but I have taken full responsibility and made every effort to correct it. The lack of communication and unwillingness to assist has been extremely frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not choose to shop with Revolution Race again.
I'm back here buying another pair of GP trousers. I got a pair in 2020 and they lasted 5 years of med/hard wear, worn nearly every day. They were only taken off to be washed every now and then. I don't like wearing anything else since encountering these trousers.

I ordered a jacket, trousers, and a t-shirt for £132, but I received no confirmation email and the order doesn’t appear in my account. It’s still pending on my bank, leaving me without access to my money. Customer service requested my order number, but I don’t have one, and they won’t cancel the order to allow me to retrieve my funds. I’ve had good experiences before, but this situation is discouraging me from ordering again. If I don't get a response, I might need to escalate this. I still want the items, but the only replies have come from an AI bot. I'm disappointed with this company.

I placed my order on November 7th and have yet to receive my package. What’s more disappointing is the lack of updates on shipping. I reached out to the company via Instagram and their support email, but have not received any responses. I've always been satisfied with their products in the past, but this experience is exceedingly frustrating and may deter me from ordering again.
