Thousands of dollars spent over 8 years and the service, stock and shipping just continues to get worse. They’ve quietly replaced their free ups 2 day shipping with “2 day” Ontrac shipping. I think we all know that Ontrac has never gotten anything out in a week, let alone in 2 days. My holiday items are still sitting in an Ontrac warehouse after my order was supposed to be delivered. Revolve only offered me 10% off for the inconvenience. If they were transparent about the carrier switch and the extend shipping times, I could have upgraded my shipping. Now I have to wait on them to track down my order, process a return and refund me. I’ll be shopping elsewhere in the future.
