Review Time
Long story short : i bought a dress and sent it back on a wrong adress. After I realised, I asked customer service to help me get the package back (when you send the package back to sender only the sender has authority over the package so i couldnt ask for it) and it took us about a month exchanging emails for them to understand what i wanted them to do.In the meantime, all the communication was generic emails which looked like AI, with no actual guidance and it looked like they couldnt understand or read my request. When they finally contacted the carrier, it turns out that the package was lost. After that they advised me that they will cooperate in everything needed with the collector which was klarna, and basically indicating that they have my back, advising me to wait on paying and again sending many emails that they will cooperate with klarna. Turns out that by cooperate, they meant that they will send all documents needed to klarna that the package was lost by my mistake...? The whole situation was pure gaslighting and manupulating me, because they wanted to just phrase things nicely and not just give me clear instructions of that is needed to be done. From their lack of understanding, guidance and nonsese i ended up getting a fine from klarna from paying too late. Overall, i hope you don't have to deal with them.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.The return process is the most stressful and awful experience I have ever experienced with any online store. They last more than a month in refunding your returns and when you ask why you are not been refunded, showing the tracking link, they say you to sign a document that says the package is lost and they will refund you as a one time exception. Basically they have the right of not refunding you anymore if they want when you sign that. And this has happened with almost all my returns! Its versus the european law and versus any customers right. Its a pity because they have a lot of items not available in europe but I am not gonna buy anymore from them nor I recommend anyone to do so.
Great customer service and really understanding regarding a return to the united states from Norway during the time I wasnt able to ship because of unclear rules. They extended the return time and was really nice and helpfull. Answered immediately and everyone was so sweet, helpfull and understanding. Easy to return, easy to contact, and I really love their clothes!! I shipped back my return to Revolve, and I did not receive my refund. The return tracking clearly shows that my return was delivered to their warehouse, and it has been 2 weeks since it was delivered, but Revolve is saying that they haven't received anything. The most likely scenario is that their warehouse did not log my return properly or lost my return altogether, but they are not claiming responsibility for this and instead insist that they must physically receive the item before they can issue a refund.
So, I was looking for a good pair of Barrel Jeans and someone recommended revolve to me. Found a really good looking pair but the price was a bit steep it's early in the month of January, I thought let me use Klarna and do the installment payment method. I've used Klarna before and I've never had issues. Their Website doesn't indicate that they actually don't want the customer's using it they will let the Order payment just loop, I got charged twice by Klarna for the same order and then order never got confirmed. When I chatted to their support, I told the Support agent this makes your buying process look like a scam. Because you're falsely advertising that Klarna, PayPal and I forget the other one that's listed can be used but then your systems just declines it ?! How dumb can you be and now you want me to use my credit card?! Stuff that! Waste of time! The money rolled back into my account but still they don't have a issue with their unethical practices. I won't use them ever. No matter how good the jeans look.
