Ordered a pair of jeans on 02/23/21 and still has not arrived and it's 03/10/21. The tracking number provided says that the item has yet to arrive at shipping location. I contacted support and they say they cannot issue a refund because the item has shipped. Again, my order hasn't shipped. It's not moving toward me at all. Not cool. I'll go to my credit card company and do a charge back.
