I had a very frustrating experience with Revtown USA.
They are online-only, so you can’t try anything on. I followed their sizing guide exactly and it was wrong. When I exchanged the pants, I was charged a restocking fee. The replacement pair arrived damaged. When I tried to exchange those, they wanted to charge *another* restocking fee and only offer partial store credit.
There’s no phone number to call, and they never responded to three emails over two months. Poor sizing guidance, damaged product, fees to fix their mistakes, and no customer service. I would not recommend.

Great company

Great company. Very helpful customer service if you’re looking for answers that aren’t on their website. Super comfy jeans that feel durable. I really hope these jeans last 10 years like they’re meant to.

Terrible product and service

Bought a pair of the Indigo dark denim Sharp fit jeans. In less than 30 days and less than 10 wears the pocket liner separated from the denim creating huge hole. Emailed customer service inquiring if it would be possible to exchange or return. Received a generic initial response and then silence despite a few follow ups. Horrible product and service for $100+ per pair.These jeans and this company are a complete scam. STAY AWAY

$10 Handling Fee for Returned Items

$10 Handling Fee when Returning Items - do not waste your time with Revtown. Returned one of the worst fitting, terribly rough and hard hooded sweatshirt, only to find they were keeping 30% of the purchase price as a "handling fee." DO NOT buy from this company, shop elsewhere.

Stay clear too many other options

Bought a pair received via FedEx I tried them on and removed tags (oh no! my goodness what did I do?)Decided to return them for an exchange. Still creased unworn or washed fresh as the day they were packed. No tags no returns allowed period. Asked if I could at least exchange them. Nope no exception By the way two small tags one on with plastic tie type the other was able to be easily pulled off. Expensive jeans. I would stay away there are too many options for American made jeans.

Large variation in same size/model of jeans

I made two purchases at different times. Each time I purchased the same size and model of jean (different color). The second purchase was the third pair purchased. It was a full 2" longer than the first purchase despite being the same size. Revtown said there may be a slight variation but it was a whole different pant size. I am unable to wear the jeans. Revtown refused exchange/credit/refund.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had

Have to agree with the folks that say that Revtown service is unbelievable bad. I ordered a pair of jeans on 6/14. By July 4th they hadn’t even shipped yet. Several emails to customer service yielded excuse after excuse and mostly blamed “nationwide shipping delays.” Interesting excuse because Amazon has no shipping problems or delays. If they don’t have stock to ship then don’t make it look like the product is available and then blame “nationwide shipping delays” for not shipping out the product.

Bought two pair mens jeans for Xmas dec…

Bought two pair mens jeans for Xmas dec 2020.(to canada) . One pair too big and the other pair would have been okay except one leg was shorter than the other, which meant if evened off, the jeans were too short. We informed customer service, got a return slip and returned the jeans (both pairs). We confirmed the jeans were received by revtown in their system, and we have yet , 7 months later, to receive credit to our visa for our purchase, nor have we received any response from 3 separate messages we tried to send online asking for customer service manager to contact us to resolve this issue! The sad part is that we are out about $350 or more, when you consider the cost of the jeans plus exchange rate plus shipping and duty costs. Too much to ignore, yet no response from the company!!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Shipped me the wrong size jeans, then made it very difficult (and expensive) to return! Very frustrating.
