RevU was supposed to be a better replacement for a previous reward scheme. The plain and simple fact is that they are even worse. The tasks are often time constrained meaning that actual money needs to be spent to get any decent rewards. I am free 2 play on the game that uses this scheme so will not pay for rewards outside of the game.The offers that are doable have various issues, with the most notable being that the game to be played for the offer has no player ID. This is surely a basic requirement that should have been found before allowing your customers to play. This has meant that only 1 out of 7 rewards was auto generated. A 2nd needed a request to RevU and was resolved after a few days. This gave me hope so I completed all the tasks and then logged tickets to get the rewards added to my original game. I have been waiting for at least two weeks, and whilst it does state that it can take up to 21 days, it seems like RevU are not even looking at any tickets. Also there is no way to contact RevU so it is not even possible to get an update or brush off.If you as a company cannot fulfill your obligations to your customers, then how do you expect your afilliates to make any money? You are alienating the customer base, so how about doing something positive and looking at your backlog of CS requests for missing rewards. If you are already looking at the backlog then there is very little hope of you making good on your offers.The date of the experience is approximate as I have not played the game in question for a while, having already reached the required level.
