I ordered 2 dresses from Aussie Finest Melbourne , only received one. The quality is absolutely rubbish. Was supposed to be a cool breathable fabric but is in fact 100% polyester. The fabric is awful feels and smells very chemical. Not even a nice polyester. I am so disappointed as have never been game to order dresses on line before and have been so ripped off. They are so hard to contact and do not respond to any emails. Will definitely not do this again. I did not check the web address to have ‘ .com.au’ to confirm it was in fact Australian. So I guess I have myself to blame hey. I will be tossing the dress out. Plus the $120 I paid. Never never buy from this company.
Do not buy from this company. Shoes are just cheap rubbish.
I bought 3 pairs of orthopaedic shoes. They are as orthopaedic as a pair of $2 thongs from KMart and way too small - about an inch shorter than my other size 41’s. Now trying to get my money back. Will be reporting to the ACCC if they require me to return to China as I did not buy the shoes from China, they did.
Waiting for them to get back to me now. So disappointed.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERSWhen the shoes finally arrived they smelt like petroleum as clearly cheap plastic and certainly NOT orthopaedic. I wore them about 4 times and was horrified to see the plastic coating had worn away…I took photos and wrote to ‘Aussie-Wear’ attaching proof of the wear. They didn’t respond. A week later I forwarded my email and asked for the courtesy of a reply. They replied asking for the order number, which I duly sent. Was then offered 10% refund and I could keep the shoes!!! Alternatively, I could return them at my own expense to CHINA!! However, I would need to supply delivery notes and paperwork. I wrote back and advised I was not happy with this and that I would alert trading standards, another offer of now 15% refund and I of course rejected that - told them I want 100% as $65 was $60 more than thry were worth -suggested I would also notify police of their scamming….read their refund/return policy - refunds provided for unused products…!!!
I agree with all other dissatisfied customers. This company is not a Melbourne store at all. It's advertising is fraudulent. I placed two orders with them. The first two pairs of shoes were too narrow a fit despite being advertised as otherwise. I emailed and asked to return them and for a refund. I was contacted by Melbournes Finest finally today and told I can certainly return the shoes but at my cost. The problem is they are in China! Do not buy any products from this company. You will lose your money just like I have $120 gone. The product you receive is not as wonderful nor orthopedic as they state. It's a scam.

I thought that I was buying a pair of shoes from an aussie retailer....until a pair of plastic shitty rubbish handles arrived in the mail from our friends the Chinese scammers.Second time scammed by these ads that look to be real. Never again.The last time Visa got my money back for me so I shall try PayPal and see if I have any luck.
These sandals cannot be described as elegant orthopedic sandals. Their sole is very thin, little to no arch support, the straps are thin, tacky bits of vinyl, as well as being squashed from packing.Appalling that you can describe the finished product as elegant. I have attached photos and will complete a review, which will certainly not be favourable.These are a tacky attempt at a pair of sandals.Shame on 'Aussies finest' for even suggesting these are elegant and well made.
