First off, when you call because you have an issue, the representative can never help you. They then recommend that you call back, but why should I have to do that? You ask to speak to a supervisor and you will be on hold for several minutes at a time. After each 10-minute interval, the person comes back and says they can't reach them and asks if they can put you on a brief hold from 1 to 10 minutes. Again, you wait 10 minutes and they repeat the same thing. This continues several times before you finally speak to someone. Once you have spoken to the supervisor, they still cannot help you. I called and asked them if they could remove one late payment. I've had the card for over 2 years and had one late payment by mistake and asked if they could remove it as a courtesy. They told me I have to write a letter to request the removal, which is fine. However, during this conversation, the person on the phone ordered me a new card and charged me an expedited fee of $35. I never ordered a new card; I didn't need a new card. The card arrived in the mail exactly as I had it in my wallet, with the same expiration date and card number. If I had lost a card with that number and expiration date, why would you send me the same card? Somebody out there could have the information if it were lost or stolen. Then, they refuse to take off the $35 fee even though I did not speak to anyone about replacing the card and incurring an expedited charge. It's a real rip-off. Do not get this card; you will end up with too many charges and no help.
